I'm definitely doing the art demo at Worldcon, Thursday afternoon at 2:00. Taking the calico cat. Now I just need to finish the pattern, cut out the fabric (once I *get* the rest of it), and sew the body patches together ( Read more... )

Here's an interesting question: When I put animals in an art show, I usually list the medium as 'soft sculpture'. But since I'm (presumably) doing a demo of Working with Synthetic Fur Fabric, should I this time list that as the medium?

Except for the Nauga, of course; that's 'naugahyde'.

ETA: Who, me? Obsessing? Perish the thought.
